Eat From A Pet Dish/On The Floor
Not something that I can see being kinky/erotic for me on the bottom end. From the top, I could see it being fun and interesting if the bottom was really getting into role and enjoying what they were doing.
Enemas (For Cleansing)
I’ve never had one; I suppose to ensure as much cleanliness as possible before planned anal play, it has its uses. I wouldn’t insist on it from a partner, however. They make gloves for a reason. 
Enemas (Retention/Punishment)
Not my thing, either as giver/receiver.
Enforced Chastity (Belts)
I’m not in any kind of full-time D/s relationship, and if I was, enforced chastity would be unpleasant torture…I’m a very sexual creature. I can see how it would enhance the control aspect for many people, though.
Examinations (Physical)
Doctor roleplay stuff? I can see how it might be interesting…you could go either way: the cold, impersonal handling of intimate areas, or ‘doctor gone wrong’.
Exercise (Forced/Required)
It is fun to watch boys get sweaty…
Eye Contact Restrictions
Again, I can see how this could really be an interesting factor to control in D/s relationships; the intimacy of a simple meeting of the eyes can be taken for granted.
Face Slapping
This one is an interesting one. For years, and until recently, I would have told you that this would be a limit for me. It would trigger a somewhat intense temper episode…lately, I’m curious. In the context of a scene, it may well have a different effect.
Fear
I’ve recently realized that in certain contexts, fear appeals to me…brings out a bit of the predatory nature. Yes, fear can be sexy. *purr* As for feeling fear myself, depending on the reason/context, I can see it adding something to the experience.
Fetish clothing (specific type?)
I love looking at fetish clothing. *grin* I want a corset very very badly…but I don’t really have a fetish for anything in particular. Jeans and a t-shirt (or better yet, naked flesh) can be sexier than any vinyl or latex, depending on the wearer.
Floggers
Love ‘em. Loooove ‘em. That is all.
Following Orders
For a short period of time, I could possibly play a submissive role. Haven’t tried it, so I don’t know how I’d do. *shrug*
Food Play (Control/Nasty)
Not my thing personally, but I did see a feeding scene and it was fascinating to watch.
Foot Adoration
I’m not a foot fetishist (any more than I like any other part of the body), but I do give a mean footrub…
Forced Bisexuality
In the roleplay context (ie, person realizes and admits to the fact that they do in fact want to have sex with a person of their same gender, but wants to pretend that they’re being forced for the sake of the scene), it’s all good. 
Roleplay is a fun thing. Actual forced bisexuality, not so much.
Forced Masturbation
This could be an interesting little mindfuck; again, a way to display control over the submissive’s body.
