This is a review of the Rock Chick provided by Good Vibrations. I’d heard about this product before and had heard good things about it, so I was looking forward to trying it.
Let’s start with a picture, shall we?
The Rock Chick is made out of silicone, which as we all know rocks. It’s an excellent material, easy to clean and sterilize (boiling seems to be the way to go), and feels pleasant. As always, don’t use your silicone lubes with silicone toys (I hear there are exceptions to the rule, but play it safe, boys and girls. Don’t ruin your awesome new toys). It’s shaped like a U, which I thought was interesting, and slightly flexible at the bend.

Cute lil thing. Packs a bit of a wallop, actually. Uses watch batteries, and they’ve held up pretty well so far. Of course, take this out before you boil the Rock Chick. Water and batteries don’t play well together.

The deal with the Rock Chick is this: The hooked part is inserted into your favorite vagina. Yes, it looks like it wouldn’t work because of the U-shape, but just trust me. The angle expands just fine. The hook on the penetrative part fits lovingly on your favorite vagina’s g-spot. The alien facehugger-looking part on the other side of the U nestles perfectly against your favorite clitoris.
The magic of all this lies in the fact that the U wants to stay in the same shape it’d been in, so there’s pressure on both the clitoris and the g-spot simultaneously. When it’s first tucked into place, it’s an interesting sensation, but nothing really to write home about. When the vibrating bullet comes into play, it becomes a little more interesting.
The idea behind this toy is that instead of thrusting like a traditional dildo, you rock your hips (sitting on the edge of the couch was perfect) or rock the toy with a hand. There are finger-grips built into the curve of the toy if you want to lie back and rock it manually (or have someone do it for you…that would surely be at least as fun. ;)). Doesn’t sound like it would do a great deal, but let me tell you, boys and girls…the Rock Chick rocks.
The curve of the g-spot stimulator stays where it needs to stay, and the lovely little shelves and bumps of the alien facehugger side stimulate the clit amazingly well. I mean, really really well.
Personally, I’d recommend the Rock Chick. The stimulation of the g-spot is nice and firm, exactly as it needs to be for me, and the feeling of pressure from both sides at once is amazingly pleasant. A definite yes in my book.
